We have been taking pleasure seriously for more than 100 years, serving happiness with every lick or scoop of ice cream for generations.We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of The Magnum Ice Cream Company as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen before the end of 2025.We dream big but keep things simple to act fast.If you want to **grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of Ice Cream**, this is the place for you**JOB PURPOSE**:**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Be a key element within the Supply Chain Organization, ensuring the delivery Strategic projects related to Innovations, Cost Savings, Sourcing, Sustainability.- Ensure delivery of Cost Savings Projects with impact in Ice Cream (Mexico)- Accountable for the forecast of savings, inflation and net impact in the P&L- Together with Quality Teams develop, implement and follow up of Supplier Quality improvement programmes.- Develop and follow up of projects to ensure improvement in Service Levels (OTIF / DR Loss)- Supplier Development- Implementation of Resilience programme together with Category and Portfolio Teams (Mexico)- Together with Planning Teams implement RPM Stock Management initiatives- Provide Portfolio´s support in generate materials strategy & also contribute with supplier´s payment term extension.- Absolut focus on driving Incremental Turn Over and Gross Margin improvement for Ice Cream Mexico.- Interface with suppliers and the market on behalf of Unilever**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:- Proven experience in Procurement or Supply Management or Previous experience in Supply Chain (Plan, make, source, deliver), R&D.- Understanding of sourcing supplier network.- Collaborative approach to problem solving, real accountability, action bias, positive peer engagement, perseverance, flexibility, agility and passion for success.- Ability to work in virtual teams- Excellent Excel and PPT skills.- Good Analytical and Communication Skills- Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)- Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive- Good at stakeholders management for both of internal and external**SKILLS & LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS REQUIRED**:- Results Orientation- Analytical Skills- Negotiation and Influence- Collaboration and Teamwork- Stakeholder Management**EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor’s Degree required with preference in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other Business field.- 5+ years of relevant Procurement experience required, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods or within Cold Chain Operations- Spanish and English professional proficiency**W**HAT YOU CAN**EXPECT**:- A unique mix of global scale & start-up spirit—€8.3bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
