Responsible for leading the production team (Supervisors, professionals and operators) to achieve all the objectives of the main indicators required and ensure that they are met according to EHS, Quality and Corporate standards.Being part of continuous improvement initiatives to meet the required annual cost reductions, ensuring at all times that the plant is prepared for any future challenges that may arise.**On Site: Frontera, Coahuila****Your Role**- Supervises compliance with the plant's production schedules, ensuring predetermined cost standards.- Ensures compliance with quality levels (FTQ)- Ensures optimal use of human resources in the production area through proper balancing of production lines.- Comply with and enforce safety rules.- Responsible for training new staff (supervisors & team leaders) in key functions of the area.- Responsibility and authority to make decisions about the lines that run under your load, that ensures the best performance.**Your Background**- 5 years on manufacturing experience required, 2 of them as Manufacturing Manager.
