**Job Details****What you will do**:Working under the framework of Johnson Controls Con tinuous Improvement system, will assess current state performance, identify gaps, visualize and est ablish a plan to get to the future state, monitor p rogress and share/acquire best-in-class ideas and systems.**How you will do it**:- I dentify gaps in Best Business Practice Metrics (BB P’s), and then work with all levels of the plant in establishing and executing a strategy for improving them- Assess the Current state of the plant’s Operations; Develop Future State vision and drive and monitor the implementation plan.- Establishes C.I. Profit Plan and subsequent Forecas t goals; Drives team to achieve.- Ensures Process Owner involvement in SOW developmen t and team leadership.- Responsible for IDP and succession planning for all C.I. resources, including Lean Implementers and Black Belts.- Responsible for developing a “pull” system to repla ce BBs and LIs with qualified “management- potential” personnel.- Using standard tracking and reporting systems, will prepare detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of pro duct / process quality, and savings goals.- Collaborate with leadership to develop a plant C.I. Roadmap, driving breakthrough or Best-in-Class performance that balances resources between interna l plant efficiency and external customer-focused effectiveness projects through 1. Just Do It improv ements, 2. Six Sigma projects, and 3. Lean Implementation projects.- Assists Process Owners in identifying barriers to p roject success and helps to drive changes when needed.**What we look for**:- Has shown initiative, the desire to drive change an d is motivated to exceed expectations- Has solid leadership skills and able to manage both vertically and horizontally- Has sufficient experience within the Company to be able to understand the organization and its busines s processes.- Has demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and ability to exercise influence without authority.
