Descripción y detalle de las actividadesPosition Overview:The Import Export Analyst is responsible of preparingnecessary documentation for border crossing operations in compliance withcurrent customs regulations and legislation to Mexican and internationalcustoms and authorities.Position Responsibilities:- Responsible for processing commercial customs invoices and import / export reports for internal clients, suppliers and governmental agencies.- Consult ERP system to extract and analyze information for foreign trade operations.- Manages and data retention filing for border crossing documents( for import and export), as well as other non-physical cross border operation documents (virtual operations, regimen changes, MX re-dispatches and- regularizations) in compliance with Annex 24.- Responsible for the supply of raw material for internal customers (buyers, planners, engineers, etc.), and for all related follow up data integrity for raw material and finished good data migrated from the ERP system.- Responsible for auditing trade compliance documents and information on commercial invoices since its gets uploaded from the ERP system to our customs compliance software.- Responsible for data retention record organization both physical and digital.- Responsible for projects related to machinery ID and inventory.Experiência y requisitos**Minimum Qualifications**:- Proactive & organized.- Strong communication skills.- Detail-oriented & proficient in a teamwork oriented environment.- Microsoft Office- Basic-Intermediate level.- Basic English Language- Skills with professional working proficiency.**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade Compliance, International Business or similar.- Knowledge Mexico Trade Software (Annex 24)- Customer service oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Importación y Exportación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera trunca o en curso**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
