With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024.**YOUR TASKS**Description- Conduct security audits- Attending meetings with other company managers to determine operational needs- Planning, directing and coordinating security budgets and purchases- Responding to emergency situations and providing crisis management assistance- Maintaining relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards related to security- Implementation, execution, and monitoring of programs to prevent accidents- Management and monitoring of Safety and Health indicators- Execution and monitoring of institutional safety and health programs- Ensure implementation and monitoring of discipline policy in safety- Management and monitoring of corrective and preventive safety objectives in line with their region- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS****Qualifications**:- Leadership- Proven experience as security manager or similar position- Experience using relevant technology and equipment- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and proceduresRubelia Yadira Navarro MaldonadoPhone:
