**Information Technology****Location**- Mexico City, Mexico***Job Title:Change Manager (technology and Finance/ compensation change background)**Job Description**:As a Change Manager, you will develop and execute the change management strategy and plan, working closely with project teams and internal business partners. Your change plans will guide business partners to achieve operational success and drive adoption for end users. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and initiative to drive results. Your ability to build relationships, influence, and innovate will be key to maximizing adoption and ensuring a positive end user experience.** Requirements**- 6+ years working on complex programs requiring change management, communications and/or training expertise- ** Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise and preferably Indirect Channel Sales**:- Experience in delivering change management programs for Sales based organizations- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Change Management or Business Management- A highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional- Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach- An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorporate storytelling- Proven track record of managing change initiatives or a significant portion of an initiative, as part of a team or independently- Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative, and cutting edge best practices**Responsabilities**:- Leading complex change programs or managing significant parts of larger change programs in our Go To Market portfolio- Leading and conducting comprehensive impact analyses to establish the complexity of the change- Creating and executing the enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications- Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategy- Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodology- Building and maintaining relationships with project teams and business partners across the company- Developing executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management workLATAMCNX**Location**:CRI Work From Home - DirectLanguage Requirements:Time Type:**If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the **Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
