**Business Analyst****About Taskmaverick**This position will ensure technology solutions meet organizational and stakeholder needs, contributing to successful project delivery and business objectives, including:- Gathering and documenting business requirements- Improving workflows and increasing efficiency- Analyzing data for insights and mitigating risks- Managing change processes- Coordinating project delivery- Business requirement gathering and documentation- Workflow improvement and efficiency strategies- Data analysis and risk mitigation- Change management processes- Project coordination and delivery**Other Requirements and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Strong data analysis skills, including data manipulation, cleansing, and visualization.- Experience in modeling business processes.- Highly proficient English communication skills (A MUST).**Tool Requirements**:- **MUST**: High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Power BI- Other Products: Visio, SharePoint, One Drive and Teams- Project Management: Airtable, Jira, Azure- SQL Query Development.**Workspace Requirement**- Ability to perform remotely, while on live camera with office equipment (preferred).- Quality desktop or laptop computer with a good microphone and video camera.- Reliable Internet connection.**Workdays**:Monday - Friday**Time Range**:09:00 PST - 17:00 PST**Shift Duration**: 8 hours**Compensation**: Competitive compensation in USD (Rates aligned with the local market)**Work Location**: RemoteApplication Question(s):- How proficient are you in Microsoft Excel and Power BI?- Please provide your LinkedIn account:**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Business Analyst: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
