This can include pricing analysis, cost calculations and project work.**Accountabilities**- Provides financial guidance to business departments and ensures that all business collaborators receive the financial information they need to handle business performance.- Helps provide accurate financial analysis and mentorship to business projects and teams to present a sound financial basis for decisions.- Ensure compliance with regulations, governance, internal procedures, and processes.- Support the implementation of change initiatives to increase performance, reduce risk and improve governance.- Under the direction of senior managers, produce relevant data and analysis to support business recommendations.- Support day-to-day risk and contingency management and input into financial strategies and inter-company transactions across the entire global organization.**Requirements**:- Knowledge of the use of financial systems to support business decision making (budgeting, forecasting and design).- Qualified, partially qualified, or in-training finance professional.- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.- Relative experience in a specialist area (e.g. tax, treasury, accounts payable)**Desirable**- In the process of training to obtain professional qualification**Why AstraZeneca?**At AstraZeneca when we see an opportunity for change, we seize it and make it happen, because any opportunity no matter how small, can be the start of something big.
