Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: Currently, we are looking for our next: Maintenance & Technical Services Manager for our Nuevo Leon Snaking facilities Responsibilities The role of the Maintenance & Technical Services Manager is to lead the site technical support & utility teams. The objective of the team is through modern maintenance systems to maintain “business as usual” for plant operations & continuously improve the availability/reliability of the equipment to manufacture quality products in a safe and cost-effective way. This is a manager role responsible for the plant maintenance area, covering 9 cookie production lines, 2 pasta lines, general services, and site infrastructure. The role requires an understanding of modern maintenance techniques and procedures as well as a good working operational knowledge of a manufacturing site. The person must be capable of ensuring a quick reaction to daily business needs and be able to balance this against dedicating an appropriate amount of time and energy to liaise with the Engineering Manager in developing improvement strategies and action plans. Develop the Site “Asset Care / Maintenance / digital transformation Strategy” for the next 3 years to achieve World-class maintenance. And will lead the Compliance with the Environmental Policy and with the necessary activities for the implementation and maintenance of the environmental management system. Your Impact Contributing to the plant’s MFR and efficiency by eliminating downtime. Ensuring proper maintenance and care of assets. Managing the technical services team. Budget control and oversight. Implementation and proper execution of PEMM. Qualifications Bachelors in engineering in Electronics, Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics or similar filed At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing and Production 8+ years of experience as a Maintenance Leader Advanced English and Spanish work proficiency Strategic planning and a high sense of organization, with a focus on achieving excellent results. Excellent qualities for management, talent development, and teamwork. Visionary and transformational leadership, with a focus on actionable coaching. Budget management Ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions. The promoter of change and organizational development. Use of advanced Excel and other computational tools such as SAP Capacity for numerical analysis and synthesis Skills: Teamwork, Leadership, Responsibility, Work under pressure, Service Attitude, Negotiation, and innovation skills. Preferred qualifications Experience working in digital transformation projects Experience in 4.0 technologies.
