Work Location Latin America Join Us Power Platform Delivery Lead for Long-Term Project in LATAM with Attractive Compensation Job Brief We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Delivery Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Power Platform solutions for our clients across various industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the strategy and drive transformational value by enabling business process automation, data analytics, and collaboration through the Power Platform ecosystem. You will work closely with business teams and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Ability to listen to Client needs and envision and design comprehensive O365 solutions including the following Estimating Project Planning Client management Project Management Agile Project Management a plus Serve as project liaison, project escalation, and delivery lead for multiple projects Work with company leadership to strategize on potential sales opportunities for clients and overall areas for company growth. Support associate and mid-level team members by tasking development efforts, leading code reviews, building out proof of concepts, and sharing resources, including offshore development teams Demonstrate solutions by creating documentation, proofs of concept, and communicating with stakeholders and technical teams to envision solutions and features. Continue learning about product updates, follow product roadmaps, and educate other team members on the latest and greatest. Job Qualifications Well-rounded Office 365 / Microsoft focused technologist 5+ years of experience consulting in the M365 platform 5+ year of experience with SharePoint, and SharePoint-related solutions including OneDrive, Portals, workflow, collaboration Information Architecture Solid understanding of search and search-related solutions 2+ years using Microsoft Teams, experience building Teams-based collaborative solutions is a plus Understanding of key aspects of the platform, such as Canvas and Model Driven Apps, roles, security, and permissions. AI Builder and AI-focus solutions in Power Platform will be important to have in the future. Experience automating business processes with Power Automate. Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, build processes, testing, and operations. Comfortable using Azure DevOps and source control management tools. Attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects within the constraints of timelines and budgets. Knowledgeable and customer-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience on the latest and greatest with Power Apps (including AI BUILDER and COPILIT STUDIO capabilities). This could be a study track if it is acerated after onboarding. Bonus but Not Required Power BI experience; understanding of how to implement BI dashboards with multiple data sources. Microsoft Power Platform exam certifications. UI or UX design experience.
