At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Main Purpose**- The role has a main objective to manage the CE-SE-REP team responsible for:- Enabling, maintaining and managing resolution of issues relating to Catalogs, Category Cards and Contracts.- Assuring new & existing suppliers are enabled on the myBUY Ariba Network Platform for PO processing and Invoicing purposes.- Managing the collection, analysis, and publication of data & relevant documents for assigned categories. The CE-SE-REP team is covering for the below activities: Content Management (Catalogues, Category Cards, Compliace), Supplier Enablement (Suppliers onboarding and support) and Reporting.**Accountabilities**- The CE-SE-REP team is covering for the below activities:- **(CE) Content Management** is the enablement of content on Ariba On Demand- o Recommending catalog, contract and category cards improvements and managing accuracy, changes and deletions- o Managing and cleansing catalog, contract and category card content- **(SE) Supplier Enablement**- o Assure process/procedures are in place for proper Issue resolutions with suppliers- o Provide Suppliers onboarding and support- o Assure Query and Dispute Management- **(REP) Reporting**- o Collaboraion with procurement teams and users in markets to ensure the relevance of the data in order to identify improvement opportunities and driving efficiency- o Tracking and deliver on agreed reportsThe role is accountable for contribution of team in terms of delivery to deadlines, quality standards, propose improvements and internal controlQualifications:**Qualifications/Requirements**- Bachelor / Administration degree, Master a plus.- ** 5-7 years of experience of different aspects of Procurement** **such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools, knowledge in Food & Beverage industry a plus- Experience in sourcing processes and technologies, with experience of implementing them in a global and regional environment- ** Strong communication skills**:- Results oriented - comfortable setting and delivering against bold, stretch targets- Excellent language skills - **English and Portuguese are essential,** both verbal and in writing.- Comfortable working within complex matrix organization- Able to travel to market locations- Multi cultural work experienceThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
