To retain and develop top talent, we foster a work environment that celebrates creativity, encourages skill development, and enables multidisciplinary collaboration.What you will bring to the teamPrimarily responsible for performing a full workload of product services and repair on TGCS and non-TGCS retail products in the store systems.Accountable for customer satisfaction with the services provided, which include some or all of the following: whole product and/or component advance exchange or swap and on-premise basic product & store equipment problem diagnosis, adjustment and/or repair.What you will be doing:Your typical day as a Toshiba Service Representative I will involve:- Provide Technical support and repair on TGCS and non-TGCS retail products in the stores of client.- Register the progress of the service reports in the TGCS systems.- Request and debriefing of parts in the TGCS systems- Participate in product installation projects for TGCS and non-TGCS retail products in the stores of client- Carry out mandatory and non-mandatory training courses- Perform other related duties as assigned.Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of- More than 1 year of experience.- Engineering or bachelor's degree completed or truncated at the end of IT.- Fluent English: Technical English required.- Collaborator who works in a team.- Experience with direct and indirect customers.- General knowledge of, PC, LAN equipment’s, POS, Scales, Handhelds, Thermal Printers (Retail equipment’s).- Experience of technical process mainly related with filling out service forms and checklist, request, administration and return of parts, filling in the activity log and management of incident management system for example; Open View, Service Desk, Remedy, Service Now or any other developer.- Extensive experience using Excel.We offer:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Constant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- Pleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).- Flexible work hours and dress code- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Major and Minor medical expenses insurance: Life, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
