Translates objectives and requirements into workable plans and requirements documents. Establishes goals and project scope. Develops detailed project plans and manages the implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Performs research and analysis and creates summaries and presentations. Reviews with managers to ensure that all objectives and requirements are met.
