The Community Development Anlyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.- Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.- Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.- Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.- Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.- Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients**Qualifications**:- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience**Education**:- Bachelors degreeThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Perfil****Escolaridad**Licenciatura en Administración de empresas, en Sistemas o similar.**Experiência**Experiência en temas de Educación financiera, manejo de grupos, capacitaciones e implementación de cursos y talleres, desarrollo de temas de Educación Financiera.Experiência en relaciones públicas para negociación de implementación de talleres, conferencias y actividades en temas de Educación financiera dirigidos a todo tipo de público.Análisis de oferta educativa de Educación Financiera para adaptarla a todo tipo de Públicos objetivo.Experiência en planificación, dirección y desarrollo de proyectos y eventos magnos, orientado a resultados y con probada habilidad para desarrollar e implementar estrategias que den un valor agregado a los resultados de la compañía.Experiência en negociación con proveedores de bienes y servicios.Experiência en la coordinación de grupos y eventos.Fortaleza en el análisis, solución de problemas y trabajo bajo presión. Capaz de desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales productivas a todos los níveles de la organización.
