We’re looking for motivated individuals with collections experience and exceptional communication skills to be part of our team as a **Collections Specialist**.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Collections Expertise**: Leverage your skills to establish meaningful relationships with customers, enhancing their experience.- **Customer Care**: Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.- **Problem Solving**: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns efficiently and effectively.- **Maintaining Standards**: Achieve performance targets while maintaining the high service quality AT&T is known for.**We are looking for**:To succeed in this role, you will need:- ** Advanced English**: To communicate effectively with U.S. customers.- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- **Collections Experience**: Proven experience in collections with strong communication abilities.- **Empathy & Problem-Solving**: The ability to understand customers' concerns and resolve issues with care.- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to stay organized and deliver results efficiently.- **Availability**: Able to work Monday to Friday- **Work Location**: 100% on-site position.**Compensation**:- Base salary of **$18,225 MXN** before taxes.- Commission potential between **$8,000 and $24,000 MXN**.**Benefits**:- Life insurance coverage.- Monthly grocery vouchers**:$1,519 MXN** every 14 days.- Monthly restaurant vouchers**:$1,216 MXN** every 14 days.- Christmas bonus.- Vacation days + 3 personal days from AT&T.- Discount on up to 5 AT&T services.**Work Schedule**:- Service hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 9:15 pm (schedule may adjust due to Daylight Saving Time & Holidays).- Full-time position (40 hours per week).- On-site work required.
