There is no option to work remotely.***Please submit CVs in English****Key Responsibilities**:- Manage all aspects of recruitment cycle for assigned roles including: job postings, resume review, initial screen calls, interview and offer process, and sell efforts.- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements of roles and how they fit into the broader organization.- Maintain various trackers and reporting tools.**Experience Required**:- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience. Agency experience strongly preferred.- Experience in a large, global matrixed corporate environment strongly preferred.- Experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.- Ability to operate with speed and urgency.- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter- ENGLISH FLUENCY REQUIRED (written and spoken)Marsh McLennan is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
