We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Organization Overview:Esta posición es responsable de que los empleados dentro de la región de Latinoamérica cuenten con los entrenamientos correctos de acuerdo con la posición que realizan para asegurar que puedan desempeñar sus funciones de manera exitosa y así ayudarlos a cumplir nuestro propósito que es mejor la vida de las personas en el mundo.Main Responsibilities:- Monitorear el cumplimiento de los entrenamientos mandatorios para todos los empleados de la región.- Administración de los entrenamientos para ciertas áreas y países de la región.- Administración de los entrenamientos de contratistas de la región.- Resolver cualquier problema relacionado con entrenamientos.- Administración de los procesos de la Secretaría del Trabajo.- Simplificar procesos a través del uso de la tecnología.Basic Requirements:- Estudiante Universitario activo (que le falte al menos 1.5 años para titularse)- Inglés: Avanzado- Uso de Excel: Intermedio / avanzado- Resolución de problemas- Planeación y organización- Comunicación asertiva- Análisis de datos- Trabajo en equipo- Integridad.Additional Skills/ Preferences:- Atención al detalle- Negociación- Proactividad- Creatividad- Innovación- LiderazgoAdditional Information:- Position: Temporary- Travel: = 0%- Hours: 30 horas a la semana- Location: Mexico CityLilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.WeAreLilly
