Overview JOB TITLE: Family Nurse Practitioner SCHEDULE: Mon. – Thurs., 8am-5pm; Fri., 8am-12pm DEPARTMENT: Leon Health Clinic Position Description Provide primary health care services to patients in accordance with Clinic policies and procedures and the Texas laws governing the practice of a Nurse Practitioner, and under direction and responsibility of the Clinic Administrator, by performing these and other duties as assigned. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas Texas Driver’s License and Proof of Liability Insurance Eligible to authorize Prescription Drug Orders according to the rules of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners Current BLS/CPR Certification Education/Experience Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner Program Fifth year college or university program certificate; or Two to four years related experience; and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
