Join our world-class team today and fulfill your career potential**Job Summary****The Opportunity**“A Scrum Master role at FICO is an opportunity to work with cutting edge cloud technologies with a team focused on delivery of secure cloud solutions and products to enterprise customers.” - VP, DevOps Engineering**What You’ll Contribute**:- Execute and support Agile IT Cloud projects for Financial Services customers.- Elimination of all project obstacles and conflicts within project teams or between members within a project.- Ensuring and implementing the Scrum methodology and principles (including, but not limited to, roles, work patterns, regular events, and artifacts) and change management.- Planning and moderating Backlog Refinements, Stand Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning’s, and Retrospectives.- Strengthening agile culture by showing and communicating values and inspiring teams for agile practices and principles.- Organization of transparent and continuous exchange between the various teams and other departments.**What We’re Seeking**:- University degree in ideally an IT-related degree program or equivalent working commercial experience.- Strong experience as Scrum Master in agile IT projects.- Desired certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, Product Owner).- Strong knowledge of AWS (ECS, Terraform, Fairgate).- Strong knowledge in python/java language (preferably: Powershell, Python, Java).- Familiar with containerized workloads: Scheduler (like ECS/K8s)- Good knowledge of project management and / or SW architectures.- Ability to work across teams with multiple Scrum teams.- Ability to work in a larger project environment.- Fluent English language skills.**Our Offer to You**:- A culture and work environment strongly reflecting our core values: Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.- The opportunity to make a difference by leveraging your unique strengths.- Competitive compensation and rewards.- Flexible work options, opportunities to give back to your community, social events with colleagues and a comprehensive benefits program inclusive of progressive parental leave.**Why Make a Move to FICO?**:At FICO, you can develop your career with a leading organization in one of the fastest-growing fields in technology today - Big Data analytics.
