**Description**- Excellent spoken and written English. (I would like a short writing sample of any kind)- At least 3 years of experience in a high pressure customer facing role, preferably with sales or recruitment experience.- A natural ability to connect with people. An approachable demeanor 1-on-1 and an ability to give public presentations effortlessly.- Results and goal driven. The person believes that nothing is impossible and finds solutions to complex issues rather than being overwhelmed by the issue.- Excellent organizational skills. If a CRM is not available the person would create efficient and effective record keeping through Excel or other digital forms of a lead pipeline.- A self-starter. This person will pursue goals and will be faithful to deadlines with autonomy based on general guidelines and limited daily feedback from the head of school or regional head of admissions.
