At Astra Zeneca, we’re dedicated to being a Great Place to work**Accountabilities**- Collection, extract, analyse and interpret field data from different sources to develop business insights.- Create various types of reports and visualizations to identify trends, patterns and key performance indicators related to business activities: sales, marketing, operations, and other processes.- Design and develop standardized and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business partners.- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales and marketing strategies and effectiveness of field teams.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.- Build and update reports and dashboards to supervise important data regarding field Operations- Ensure data accuracy and completeness by performing regular data audits and reconciliations.- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of business processes.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 4 years of shown experience in data analysis. Experience with Pharma marketing data.- Experience with AWS Databricks, PySpark, Python & SQL is required.- Experience with IQVIA Xponent & DDD data- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret sophisticated data sets, conduct quality checks and validations and build dynamic dashboards as business tools / assets in Excel, Power BI, VBA Microsoft Office.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to contribute in Data Engineering.**Desirable**- Experience in Report building using VBA automation is a good to have.- CRT020: Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 2.4 with Python 3 Certification is good to have.- Strong communication skills with shown ability to work collaboratively with a significant number of business collaborators and cross-functional business partners.- Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to develop and optimally present succinct, compelling reviews of independently developed analyses infused with insight and business implications/actions to be considered.- Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with Commercial Leadership Team.- Knowledge of AZ brand and science is highly desirable.- Should have excellent analytical, problem-solving ability.
