**Department: Quality****Location: Tijuana, Mexico****Reporting to: Supplier Quality Engineer Sr.****Position Summary**:Exemplis is looking for a Quality technician to join our high growth organization who will support to inspect, perform firs article inspection and support our production line to always striving to ensure that the quality of the products meet our specification and support the Voice of the Customer.**Responsibilities and Essential Functions**:- Perform incoming inspection and work to provide deposition to material rejected (RTV).- Create supplier Quality Notification (SQN).- Perform Fist article inspection using metrologies equipment.**Qualifications, Skills and Education**:- High school.- Preferred Bachelor’s degree related discipline.- Communication skills (English) 70%-80%: speaking, writing, and listening.- Perform inspection and testing of molded components and assemblies for conformance to design and configuration requirements.- Train colleagues / technicians/inspectors.- Perform tests and records data on spreadsheets.- Identify and Report Non-conformances of product or processes.- Provide support for Corrective Action investigation.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Utilize inspection measurement tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, height gauges, comparators etc.)- Perform evaluations on plastic, metal, powder coating paint, wood and parts (flash, damage, discoloration, contamination, etc.)- Support to SQE review PPAP (Production part Approval Process).- Develops and uses measurement methods and equipment to determine the dimension features of products conform to the Drawing.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $3,300.00 - $4,800.00 a la semanaHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono de asistencia- Bono de permanencia- Bono de puntualidad- Bono mensualIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
