Plant-wide interaction and knowledge sharing.The Plant Controller is responsible for Plant finances. Therewith he or she has to provide the financial analysis to the Division Manager or Group Managers (depends on the situation).The Plant Controller ensures the accuracy of the corporate accounting according to the NIFs and NIIFs. Integrity and correct financial reporting are further key tasks.The employee monitors, analyzes and approves expenses in order to ensure the compliance with policies and procedures.The Plant Controller manages the approval of capital expenditures for new projects and no new projects by the appropriate level of management and the timely capitalization in line with Fixed Assets procedures. Also, he or she is responsible for monitoring the CIP and the Physical Inventories.He or she coordinates the Financial and Internal Audits and writes the annual business plan for 1 to 5 years according to the Corporate procedures. Finally, the review of the annual and monthly budgets as well as the report of the performance metrics are core activities.Report the performance metricsEnsure that WRSI de México has an appropriate accountingCo-responsible of Financial and Internal AuditEnsure compliance with policies and proceduresRevise the reliability of the financial statementsReview the Budget.Review and approve the expensesConsolidate the annual business plan
