Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities****What will you be doing?**- Collect and analyze business requests, including defects, enhancements, and new capabilities for the ServiceNow platform.- Participate in and facilitate solution design for the requests.- Investigate and analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for process improvement.- Provide business support to all ServiceNow development and support functions.**Qualifications****Who are we looking for?**- At least 2 /+ years’ experience as a Business/Functional Analyst and administrating the ServiceNowPlatform.- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, infor mation systems, or another related field (or equivalentwork experience).discipline/IT Service Management process.Certifications Preferred:- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS - ITSM).- ITIL v4 Foundation.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
