This role focuses on translating ideas into execution, ensuring content is produced with clarity, intention, and consistency, from pre-production to post-editing. This position plays a critical role in protecting and elevating Mariana’s personal brand. From directing filming sessions to coordinating editors and maintaining assets organized, on-brand, and posted in the right format, at the right time. The Content Producer & Manager contributes directly to LeSWEAT’s growth and scalability by building a strong brand and ads that perform, enabling the founder (Mariana) to focus on other high leverage activities , knowing that content execution is fully under control. Bonus points if you’re a LeSWEAT fan or already part of the wellness world. Responsibilities Pre-Production Brainstorming sessions where creative on-brand ideas come into place and are brought down to the core idea.  Copywriting ideas into script and scenes are grounded so you can present in an effective way to Mariana.  Preparing filming day with time-lines, location, material preparation: anticipating any creative, technical or operational needs before recording.  Production (Filming) Execute filming sessions with mariana with iPhone.   Prepare set for mariana in rental studios or in-house studio so Mar gets on time and ready to film.  Directing framing, pacing and delivery following brand guidelines.  Protect Mariana’s image, tone and presence at all times, correcting any errors realtime during shoots.  Post-Production Organize, label and store all recorded footage on Dropbox.  Create technical scripts for editors so they have a clear idea of the outcome for each video.  Manage time-lines with editors, holding them accountable to deadlines.  Review edits carrying the brand’s quality, guidelines and creative direction.  Post-Editing & Publishing Maintain edited content organized in our bank content, making sure no content is ever missing while maintaining content runway.  Create intentional captions maximizing engagement. Plan, schedule, and publish content with a strategic balance across content types. (Ex: Educational, storytelling, etc…)  Requirements 2-4+ years of experience in content production or similar roles within digital media, wellness, or creator-led brands. Proven experience managing the full content lifecycle: From brainstorming and scripting to filming, editing coordination, and publishing. Strong copywriting and scripting skills: Able to translate ideas into clear scripts, hooks, and scene structures that perform on social media and feel natural for Mariana. Experience filming with iPhone. Expert understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithm and best practices. Ability to operate in a high-performance environment: Priorities evolve, launches happen, and things move quickly. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) Results High-performing organic content with consistent quality and impact: Organic content is delivered on time, on brand, and with clear engagement signals. Predictable, cost-efficient paid content output: Advertising content is produced with consistent quality, reliable timelines, and supporting acquisition efforts. A clean, structured, and reliable content library: All generated content is properly organized, labeled, and stored. No assets are lost, duplicated, or misplaced.  Efficient and frictionless production days with Mariana: Filming days are well-prepared and smoothly executed. Potential issues are anticipated in advance, allowing Mariana to focus fully on recording. A protected and elevated personal brand for Mariana: Mariana’s image, voice, and authenticity are carefully maintained across all content.  Location Guadalajara, Jal. (Hybrid: 2 - 5 times a month on-site meet ups) Compensation $16,000 - $25,000 mxn per month Benefits Flexibility:   Hybrid, flexibility to work from home.
