Mexico 66627**Our people are our greatest asset Join us as a Billing Specialist with Uline’s Finance team to ensure the billing process is a breeze for our customers as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials**Position Responsibilities**- Analyze invoicing portals.- Work with customers who have special requirements to pay invoices.- Work with internal departments to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries or any situation that affects the customer’s invoices.- Ensure invoices are correctly issued.**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree.- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms preferred.**- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.- System programming skills in programs like SQL and Blue Prism **preferred.**- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.**Benefits**- Complete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.- Savings fund with employer match.
