**Location**:San Luis de la Paz**Opportunity**BASIC FUNCTION:Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor - Material Handling and Storeroom,this position is responsible for the receipt, storage and delivery of packagingmaterials, spare parts, safety equipment, MRO, etc. for Sanimex operation. It isensured that all material received meets the specifications required by theoperation, while maintaining the accuracy of the inventory.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES:1. Determine suitable materials for keeping in the spare parts warehouse.Process requisitions to shop materials.2. Schedule replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels according toconsumption.3. Ensure inventory accuracy.4. Directly control high value materials or "controlled materials" that representhigh costs in terms of consumption, as well as those critical inputs, whoselack could represent production stoppages.5. Supervise production material deliveries by requisition format and executerequests from all departments of the plant.6. Coordinate physical inspection of materials as required in the area.7. Provide information on the level of inventory to suppliers, to ensurereplenishment of material if necessary.8. Store all data on the receipt, delivery and all material balances.Maintain and keep secure the Department.9. Supervise workers who have the task of receiving, storage and delivery ofmaterials throughout the plant.10.Ongoing activities seeking cost reduction projects11.Keep the area of chemical products.12.Keep an updated file of scrapped pieces.13.Performs other related duties and assignments as directed by the material Handling and Storeroom Supervisor.14.Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities stablished forthis position (See Responsibilities chart by position)**Skills/Requirements**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSMinimum high school or technical degree. Minimum 3 years experience as asupervisor in storage, inventory, organized and responsible.
