Come, stay, and grow with us.**Job Description**:**Responsibilities**- Responsible of direct material receipt process (Booking in SAP, staging, inventory control, storage and delivery to supermarkets).- Ensure material receipt in SAP95%, responsible of inventory management for raw material in the plant; Responsible of annual inventory plan.- Create picking and delivery plan to supermarkets to ensure stock in supermarkets according production requirements.- Forecasts plans for anticipated materials requirements.- Create daily unloading plan.- Review production schedules to ensure the availability of materials.- Create a team self-directed focused on tactical KPIs.- Make sure correct material handling.- Control of obsolete materials.- Implement 5 S´s plan.- Improve material flow and layout in warehouse and supermarkets.Qualifications:**Requirements**:- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.- Requires at least 8 years related experience.- Strong knowledge in SAP, WMS.- Warehouse experience with Lean Manufacturing basics.- Experience on Logistics Engineering to continuous improvement of department.- Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong verbal skills to effectively communicate with other departments required.- Ability to develop and maintain strong, team-oriented relationships with co-workers.- Expert knowledge in data analysis tools including Excel, ERP system.- Strong background on Warehouse management, systems, safety rules- Strong Leadership.- English required, able to speak fluently.
