Responsibilities The Opportunity in Mexico City We are seeking a Last Mile Closed Loop Routing Support Analyst to join our regional operations team, providing critical support to Sales and Go-To-Market teams across PepsiCo Foods and LATAM . This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, real-time route and customer management while enabling the flawless execution of commercial operational processes. Operating in a cross‑functional and cross‑country environment , this position drives the centralization, standardization, and optimization of customer and routing data across the region, while ensuring compliance with defined service levels and operational agreements. Your Impact As a Last Mile Routing Support Analyst , you will: Serve as a subject‑matter expert in Omnitracs , managing customer and route configurations for assigned markets. Analyze and validate route structures, including route volumes, types, customer density, and geographic coverage. Execute mass updates such as geocoding corrections, truck assignments, new customer setups, and performance scorecard updates. Identify and correct configuration issues, including inaccurate geocodes, incorrect truck assignments, out‑of‑cluster customers, depot setups, and loading schedules. Partner with business teams to centralize, standardize, and continuously optimize customer and route data. Build strong working relationships with Sales and Go To Market stakeholders across multiple markets. Proactively communicate system deviations and risks, aligned with sustainability models and key performance indicators. Prepare and present operational status, performance, and productivity insights in weekly operational and tactical meetings. Support continuous improvement initiatives and capability development efforts. Ensure consistent service delivery in line with established service level agreements. Maintain flexibility to work mixed or adjusted schedules based on market requirements. Qualifications The ideal candidate brings a balance of analytical capability, operational discipline, and stakeholder engagement: Bachelor’s degree. 1–2 years of experience in routing, commercial operations, or data analyst. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Customer‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow‑up skills. Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic, changing environments. Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across functions and cultures.
