Objetivo de la posición:

Diseñar, implementar y administrar iniciativas y estrategias de aprendizaje interno y externo, a fin de cumplir la normatividad aplicable para la organización, así como brindar soporte a la ejecución de la estrategia de comunicación con el fin de contribuir al logro de los objetivos de Daimler Planta Santiago, contribuyendo al posicionamiento de la marca como líder a nivel región.

Requerimientos Indispensables (Los candidatos que no cumplan con estos requerimientos podrán ser descartados):

  • Normatividad de la STPS
  • Manejo de LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Conocimiento en metodologías y/o diseño instruccional
  • Microsoft Office (nivel usuario)
  • ISO 9001

Descripción de Actividades:

  • Ejecutar estrategia de aprendizaje para personal sindicalizado y no sindicalizado asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y alineación organizacional
  • Administrar y diseñar medios alternos de entrenamiento asegurando el conocimiento en los colaboradores de Planta Santiago
  • Cumplimiento de plan anual de capacitación y comunicación de los mismos.
  • Ejecución de planes y programas de desarrollo y aprendizaje de personal sindicalizado
  • Administración y diseño de escuelas técnicas
  • Elaboración de órdenes de compra y control de facturas del área.
