Our comprehensive range of products and services covers every link of the integrated supply chain - from maritime and inland terminals to marine services and industrial parks as well as technology-driven customer solutions.DP World Mexico is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist **in our Mexico City office supporting our Logistics business.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**- Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on their operational recruitment demand, that align with overall business needs, and advise on the best hiring strategy- Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process- Manage relations with external recruitment agencies**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent- Experience leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle- Proven track record of recruitment in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment.- Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously- Experience working in a fast-paced multi-functional environment providing first class internal customer service- Customer service skills, high energy, and detail orientation- **ABOUT DP WORLD**Trade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
