SAP AfterSales Service Consultant responsible for managing the configuration changes, and enhancements of our SAP System support our Customer Service Organisation. We offer: Overview To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas: Design, customizing and implementation of core functionalities of SAP CS / PM and/or SD Module in AfterSales Service Area automotive – Also SAP Power User in the named Modules are welcome. Work on roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality within the named SAP Modules Responsible for successful implementation, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. Knowledge and experience of technical AfterSales Service processes in SAP mainly: Orders, Notifications, Equipment and functional locations structures (including classifications, Measurement Points, etc.), contracts, maintenance Planning. Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP AfterSales Service to enhance the clients’ business functionality and performance. Participates in meetings and build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives, and seeks alignment. Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design. Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions in the most efficient way. Monitor and present periodic status to stakeholders. Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans. Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field. 5+ years of experience in SAP CS / PM or SD or similar SAP modules is a must. Experience working in S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong functional knowledge on the SAP ERP, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules SD, PM, MM) required. Good knowledge of principal AfterSales Processes and objects (Orders, Contracts, Equipment and functional location) and their processes behind. Experience in working with global teams including Cross Business and Processes. Experience in setting up and maintaining ALE and IDOC Scenarios. Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
