As a Global Quote to Cash Digital Path Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities relating to researching, designing, and launching the Evolution of CEMEX Go OLS features & capabilities. The goal is to provide the digital product vision & digitalize the Quote to cash processes across regions as part of company digitalization strategy.**Main Responsibilities**:- Design & develop the product vision and evolution roadmap strategy for CEMEX Go- Prioritize backlog based on customer feedback strategy for CEMEX’s Digital process- Communicate product insights & CEMEX Go evolution to stakeholders & operations- Coordinate activities & plans with cross functional teams: Regional Cust. Experience / P&IT / Supply Chain development / UX/UI / Digital Customer Insights- Define CEMEX Go success metrics & KPI’s- Ensure that the CEMEX Go digital model & its evolution fulfill the Customer needs & satisfaction.- Manage development budget to ensure an MVP aligned to strategy during the Discovery Phase (research, planning and strategy)**Position Challenges**:- Ensure committed timelines with stakeholders- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams- Deep business concepts & comprehension of technical, including presentation to non-technical audience.- Balance and prioritize roadmap efforts according to customer satisfaction & company’s targets.- Coordinate successful product launches**Qualifications**:- **Language**:Fluent English (Business conversation) C1- **Academic background**:Bachelor’s degree related to business development, engineering (General), Innovation, Master degree (Desirable)- **Experience**: +6 years in Digital project background, Innovation, Management, Business development- At least 2 years leading cross functional work teams- **Areas of expertise**:- Product Management- Agile / Scrum methodologies- Data driven / Business Intelligence- Stakeholder management- CEMEX Businesses- Advanced Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL- Regional Customer Experience- Global Commercial Development- Global Supply Chain development- Process & IT- CEMEX Operations (Commercial & Supply chain)EXTERNAL- CEMEX Customers- Consultants- Vendors**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
