We are looking for remote customer service/admin support for our Vacation Rental and Property Management business.This position will work primarily daytime business hours and is a full time contract position. There is some need for flexibility for occasional nights or weekends.What we look for in our team members:- Motivated to Learn- Ability to work independently- Reliable- Hard Working and Driven- Great Time Management skills- Able to follow instructions by detail- Able to Multi-Task- Experience working with Excel, Word, and Administrative Skills- Clear-speaking English skills- Must be able to write English using proper grammar and punctuation- MUST HAVE MICROSOFT OFFICE ON YOUR COMPUTER- MUST HAVE A RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTIONThe duties of an customer service representative include but are not limited to:- Make phone calls to clients and assist clients on phone- Use messaging platforms to correspond with clients- Toggle between multiple softwares and duties (ability to multitask is a must)- Using Word to manipulate Templates- Using Excel to compile and organize spreadsheets- Utilize Google Docs to organize self and company material- Keep self-organized and handle multiple projects at onceThere are advancement opportunities for the right person.
