As a **Quality coordinator**, you will direct all activities related to ensuring the quality of the processes within the company, analyzing and designing improvement plans to resolve detected errors.You will report to the plant manager, having a work team of 3 lab technicians and quality inspectors.LI-onsite in our plant in Reynosa.**Key Responsibilities**- You will comply with the quality system, through the monitoring of the responsibilities of laboratory technicians and quality inspectors to ensure that routine checks are carried out promptly, and the calibration and inspection of laboratory equipment, and the preparation of quality audits of the process.- You will attend and follow up to the solution of quality problems in the processes, defects of parts through 8 d's.- You will elaborate control charting in SPC program, control of chemical cleaning changes, chemical inventory control.- You will contact with production, maintenance and quality area of the customer to coordinate the chemical maintenance program and ensure the high level of quality, and keep them informed about changes in the Quality Management System.- You will follow up on new projects & customer requests.- You will coordinate activities for ISO compliance requested by the customer (change of chemicals, compatibility).**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree with experience in quality in any area.- + 2 years of experience in quality.- Knowledge in quality and productivity, 5s, safety, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 overview.- Desirable knowledge: IATF-16949- Fluent English, capable to understand and contribute to business conversations.- We offer a great compensation package, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
