What you should know about the job:

The Growth Media team contributes to the company's expansion through the application of marketing strategies, acting as specialists in Paid Media & Performance. All of this is aimed at finding the right customer at the right time, reducing customer acquisition costs. The team is committed to promoting the Hotmart brand in an intelligent manner, connecting with various other areas, and always in pursuit of the best results for the business. Additionally, it provides support to other departments that require strategic and operational assistance in paid & Performance advertising.

Your responsibilities as a Sr. Paid Performance Marketing LATAM:

  • Propose campaigns to achieve business objectives;
  • Be responsible for high-complexity projects, acting as strategic leadership in the project, bringing benchmarks, results, and insights to stakeholders;
  • Implement campaigns within media buying platforms and monitor investment and results daily;
  • Collect data and information from media channels and analytics platforms to enable campaign data analysis;
  • Analyze media campaign results, be able to make decisions on robust optimizations, and monitor their impact on campaigns. Report to leadership when there is a significant impact, along with proposed solutions for negative impacts or opportunities to leverage positive impacts;
  • Continuously update and share with the team about new campaign types, the media market in general, and Hotmart's business;
  • Stay alert to market changes that may impact campaigns, seeking information from other teams to complement analyses;
  • Seek market references to improve campaign strategies;
  • Stay in contact with media account managers to absorb knowledge about best practices and new market strategies;
  • Evaluate potential risks to a campaign's desired outcome and anticipate possible solutions for course correction;
  • Identify opportunities where media channels can contribute to other areas' strategies, propose, negotiate, and implement them;
  • Lead projects (internal to the area or cross-functional) focused on the company's results, whether or not primarily focused on media;
  • Seek market references to improve the area's processes; Implement processes to improve information dissemination within the area and campaign results for the company, such as dashboards, periodic reports, workshops, etc;
  • Stay in contact with new media suppliers to assess whether their services might be useful for current strategies and scenarios;
  • Develop the team technically to tackle more complex challenges.

Qualifications you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Marketing, Programmatic marketing, or equivalent;
  • Based in Mexico City with a hybrid working model, going three days to the office;
  • Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+), Advanced Portuguese is a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent;
  • Technical knowledge in the main media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads);
  • Knowledge in data analysis through Google Analytics;
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and/or Google Sheets - building dashboards, tracking spreadsheets, graphs, and using the tool for advanced media result analysis;
  • Data analysis, management, and dissemination: ability to collect, organize, analyze, and share as much information and data as possible to make informed decisions aligned with business interests;
  • Project management: Ability to plan project-related demands and ensure their execution to achieve desired results;
  • Strategic vision: Ability to see beyond the area in which you are embedded, acting based on the connections between your work environment and the business as a whole. Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides;
  • Aptitude for public speaking, presenting reports, defending ideas in large meetings, and leading projects;
  • Sense of urgency: daily monitoring of campaign results and quick decision-making regarding course corrections;
  • Experience in planning advertising campaigns;
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI and Data Studio.
