Estamos en búsqueda de un **Finance Supervisor especializado en conciliaciones bancarias** con sólida experiência en contabilidad general, reconciliaciones financieras y liderazgo de equipos dentro de entornos corporativos internacionales. Este rol estratégico supervisará las operaciones contables relacionadas con conciliaciones bancarias en la región EMEAI, asegurando precisión, cumplimiento y mejora continua en los procesos financieros.RESPONSIBILITIESEl Finance Supervisor será responsable de:- Supervisar y revisar periódicamente los cashbooks del equipo, identificando discrepancias y asegurando su resolución.- Guiar al equipo en el uso de sistemas ERP (Oracle, SAP) y herramientas de conciliación.- Coordinar la obtención de información clave para conciliaciones diarias (extractos bancarios, pagos manuales, etc.).- Documentar acciones tomadas ante depósitos faltantes, cheques no registrados, notas de débito/crédito, entre otros.- Crear y registrar pólizas contables en sistemas como OneStream.- Liderar proyectos de mejora continua y apoyar en iniciativas de eficiencia operativa.- Servir como punto de escalamiento para temas de servicio al cliente interno y externo.QUALIFICATIONS- Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública o experiência equivalente.- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en contabilidad general y conciliaciones bancarias.- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office y sistemas ERP (Oracle R12 / Cloud, SAP).- ** Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).**- Experiência liderando equipos y colaborando con centros de servicios compartidos.EMPLOYER DESCRIPTIONAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
