**Workforce Manager - Mexico City (Hybrid)****Salary**: MXN **$22,000/month****Company**: Remotics.ioRemotics.io is seeking a **Workforce Manager** to support scheduling, forecasting, and workforce analytics for large-scale remote operations.**Responsibilities**:- Forecast staffing needs- Create and optimize schedules- Monitor real-time operations- Long-term capacity planning- Reporting and KPI analysis- Manage WFM tools (NICE, Verint, Kronos)**Requirements**:- Workforce & Capacity Planning experience- **Personnel management: minimum 1-2 years**:- **Team supervision: 2-3 years**:- Experience with large or multi-shift teams- Contact center experience (plus)- Strong analytical and organizational skills- Bachelor’s degree in a related field- Hybrid work flexibility- **English level: B2 required**:- **Live within 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes from the worksite****Schedule / Service Window**:- **Service window: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.**:- **8-hour shifts**, assigned **according to operational needs**:- **Monday to Sunday**, with **one weekday off****Why Work With Us?**Enjoy a dynamic environment that values and rewards your effort.
