You will be responsible for articulating the Rimini Street support model and value proposition to clients and prospects. You will aid in the execution of sales strategies and positioning of the SAP product line by producing and delivering customer specific presentations. Additionally, you will play a role in the continued improvement of service offerings and additional value added services.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**- Developing proposals and presentation content for specific sales opportunities- Presenting our support model and value proposition to prospective customer- Responding to customer questions and inquiries- Partner with the pre-sales Enterprise Architects with regards to our full service offerings, including managed services, Saas services etc.- Coordinate globally with cross-functional teams- First point of contact for renewal support sales- Share product knowledge with the broader SAP team- Deliver presentations (remotely and in person) with confidence, and answer objections- Provide detailed Scoping requirements for the support services that will be delivered by Rimini Street- Manage the internal sales process to close the deal**Additional Duties & Responsibilities**- Travel as required to support SAP product line sales & initiativesQualifications/Skills/Experience:**Education**- Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree**Location**- Mexico**Experience**- 10+ years of hands-on experience in an SAP Product Line environment- At least 5 years pre-sales experience, including 2-3 years’ experience in a pre-sales role selling IT services (vs software products); experience and success understanding, scoping, defining service requirements (i.e. SOW) and then articulating the IT service value proposition, roles and responsibilities.**Required Qualifications**- Understanding of Solution Manager and the most common components implemented- Understanding of License and Maintenance agreements- Knowledge of Cloud offerings, like AWS, Azure and GCP**Skills**- In depth understanding of SAP software- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written and presentation)- Strong documentation skills (Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint)- Strong collaboration skills- Strong speaking skills (telephone, onsite, conference or seminar)- ** Languages Required: fluent Spanish and English (Portuguese nice to have)**Company Description:**Why Rimini Street?**We are looking for talented, passionate people to help us build our future at Rimini Street.
