This plan is focused on aggressive growth of our business in the Mexico. The sales manager will manage and drive the country sales organization of approximately 20 people and follow up with local Managers / Sales Team/ Key Account Managers accordingly. The position requires active sales and management of both small and key accounts.This is a hybrid position, the sales manager is required to be in the office at least 3 times per week, to take advantage of close proximity to many business leaders and salespeople. Here at DNV, we really make a difference.**T**his position would be based in Mexico City office, Mexico.****What You’ll Do**- Drive the sales force to achieve expected sales results, with accountability in all dimensions: service, geography, sectors, and individual customers, following DNV procedures and pricing policies.- With support from the marketing department, develop and/or implement adequate sales and commercial approaches and strategies to achieve objectives, including relevant sales dimensions and channels to maximize results, go-to-market approaches, strategic relationships and alliances, market strategies and processes.- Ensure the development of sales resources in the region, including coaching, managing, mentoring, and leading performance as well as increasing the competence of the sales teams.- Act as Key Account Manager (KAM) for selected strategic customers.- Ensure quality of sales in terms of proper implementation of our internal Chart of Authority and discounting policies in order to achieve the agreed level of profitability.- Centralize the Business Development processes, redesign processes in tight connection with local sales and operations; drive business development initiatives and business opportunities (e.g. new markets, new customers)- Gather and share market intelligence information and collaborate with other relevant functions in the Region for the identification of product and service development initiatives.- Highlight areas where operational readiness needs improvement, including the reliability and quality of the sales forecasts, in part by ensuring high quality data in our internal CRM system,- Review marketing and sales performance, establish and implement actions to improve results.- Be responsible for managing international opportunities, according to Global Market function directions and in cooperation with the global bidding office.**Please submit your CV in English.****What we offer**:- Generous PTO (Vacation, Sick Days, Company Holidays, Personal Days)- Vacation bonuses pay- Group health insurance plan- Group retirement plan with company match- Education reimbursement program- Company-provided life insurance plan- Flexible work schedule with hybrid/remote opportunities***Benefits may vary based on position, tenure, location, and employee election**- Enjoy the flexibility to handle your work in a way that suits you and your lifestyle and achieve a good work/life balance.- Great atmosphere of working together with professionals and some of the most engaged and knowledgeable people in the industry.- Receive guidance from colleagues through coaching, mentoring and participating in international networks.- Advance your professional skills and technical expertise, through individual competence development plans and tailored training.- Develop your managerial skills, by going through our state-of-the-art leadership programs.- Be part of a world growing and renowned organization with origins dating back to 1864.**How We Do It**We Care, We Dare, We ShareDNV is a proud equal-opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
