Overview:**Schedule Availability**Warehouse Supervisor job position monitors the entry and exit of goods and controls the movements of the same through the SAP System; monitors the existence of sufficient material to meet the demand for production and delivery in time. Supervises and trains associates in the receiving, storage and shipment areas.**Responsibilities**:- Supervises Warehouse Staff and directs training that allows staff to be maintained at all times available to perform the various functions of the department.- Supervises the performance of its staff and makes recommendations for promotion, transfer, admonish or rescind.- Assists in the preparation and updating of budgets, policies, procedures and programs warehouse training.- Assists in the direction of personnel, to achieve effectiveness in inventories, reports and locations.- Reports arrival of materials from other plants and suppliers.- Monitors the generation of requisitions to request Tool Crib items.- Sorts and maintains a minimum balance of packaging material used in all areas.- Maintains in optimal condition, equipment and operating implements of the department.- Ensure that the Solvent Room remains safe and in good condition.- Keeps under control the non-conforming materials located in warehouse.- Maintains optimal levels of order, cleanliness and security in the department.- Practice cyclical inventories with Inventory Analyst- Performs root cause analysis with the production team in troubleshooting presented in production to give the appropriate corrective action and if applied preventive.Qualifications:- Professional career or experience 2 years in the area of materials- English 85%- SAP Knowlege in advanced level- Forklift License / Training- Personnel management- Excellent human relationships and teamwork- Root - Cause Analysis Techniques- Microsoft Office- Excel Knowlege in advanced level
