Team Overview:Hi We are DiDi Préstamos operations team. We provide accessible and affordable personal loans for unbanked population in Mexico. It has been more than 1 year since our launch, and now we are looking for growth talents to join the team and work together to expand the business.

This specific role will focus on user acquisition and communications. Role Responsibilities:**Responsibilities**:- Plan, execute and optimize communication strategy through all acquisition channels, and leverage product, campaigns, benefits, etc. to maximize communication effectiveness;- Review, report and analyze channel performance, and optimize swiftly based on the results. Evaluate and monitor traffic from responsible channels to improve user quality and ensure a better ROI in general.- Pay attention to channel innovations and trends in the market to test new strategies and propose new product features.
