Where no two days are the same.**YOUR ROLE**Work with Diagnostic and Safety calibrators and technical specialists to create, develop and sustain the Center of Excellence (CoE). Tracks CoE related issues, reviews status, and encourages Members to work toward closing them. Tool development in support of calibration activities, and improve calibration processes & support warranty improvement actions. Support CoE & Controls to develop software change requests to improve compliance or reduce warranty as necessary and support OBD In-plant Engineers to resolve assembly plant diagnostic issues.**YOUR PROFILE**- Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.- Availability to travel throught the year. **_Remote Job _**:- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Diagnostics / emissions calibration or controls.- Experience with hardware or validation of electrified propulsion systems.- Knowledge of INCA, Matlab and Simulink/Stateflow.- Experience leading meetings or groups/teams with a leadership aptitude is a PLUS.- Experience in **Power BI and Matlab **(intermediate to advanced) is a **BIG PLUS.**WHAT YOU¨LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE**- At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.- Well-Being Hub supports our people worldwide.
