Job Description
We are looking for a Senior VIP Manager located in Mexico, to cater for our absolute top tier clientele. The Senior VIP Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, and actively seek solutions to potential problems as well as engaging customers' attention and loyalty. If you have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we'd like to meet you.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction above normal standards.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers through various platforms.
- Arrange activities tailored to customers' preferences in the designated market, e.g. sport events.
- Go above and beyond when engaging with customers.
What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual who wants to excel in interpersonal relationships.
- Get-things-done mentality from taking initiative to execution.
- Excellent networking skills and inside information on market's ongoing events.
- Previous experience handling VIP customers in the iGaming industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be considered as an advantage.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication/public relations along with active listening skills required.
- Accountability and conscientiousness.
