As a Supply Planning Ops, your expertise will drive our production, purchasing, and provide invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this strategic role, you are the maestro of data, understanding and interpreting market trends to predict demand with precision. Join us and be part of a dynamic team where your passion for excellence will shape the future of our global supply chain.**Your responsibilities**:- Network Balancing of Regional Network- PFR Root Cause Analysis- IBP Reporting and Analysis- NWC maintenance across Health and Hygiene- Reviewing Shuttle Reccos- Entering Shuttles in system based on alignment w/ Supply Services Team- Clean up of overdue OBDs - Managegement of masterdata and system parameters- IE overdue OBDs- Reviewing RC Reccos- Entering Reason Codes based on alignment w/ Supply Services Team- Monthly Constraints, PFR Projections, and all other associated reporting- Closeout reports for sales to action- OAS Submissions of expired product**The experience we're looking for**:- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related- Background in Buyer, Planner, Demand and/or Manufacturing- Excell, SAP, KINAXIS (Desirable).- Advance level of english.**The skills for success**:Supply Chain Management, Business Partnership, Collaboration and partnership building, Relationship Management, Business Acumen, Productivity management, Improve business processes, Advanced Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics Management.**What we offer**:With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.We invest in the wellbeing of our people through parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program to promote mental health, and life insurance for all employees globally.
