Encargado de la calidad y actualización de datos maestros, coordinación de proveedores y conexión entre información externa e interna para apoyar decisiones estratégicas. Analista clave en la arquitectura de crecimiento, identificando oportunidades de cobertura y productividad.Actividades:Responsable de la estrategia de administración de clientes en MAE, con enfoque en la eficiencia operativa, calidad de datos y toma de decisiones estratégicas. Principales responsabilidades:- Diseño y ejecución de la estrategia de datos maestros, garantizando la limpieza de la información, implementación de políticas, y coordinación de actualizaciones masivas.- Segmentación adecuada de clientes (GEC), incluyendo su actualización anual y alineación de la segmentación de canales con las prioridades del negocio.- Documentación, estandarización y replicabilidad de procesos relacionados con la administración de clientes y censos.- Gestión integral de proveedores de censos: monitoreo de contratos, desarrollo del plan anual, control de presupuesto, y aseguramiento de la calidad y disponibilidad oportuna de la información.- Integración de fuentes externas con herramientas internas (ej. ConquerTool) para habilitar decisiones comerciales basadas en datos.- Administración de MAE Digital, liderando el diseño y desarrollo de herramientas para una gestión efectiva de datos maestros.- Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en adquisición y retención de clientes, a partir del análisis de datos y comportamiento de canales.- Seguimiento y control del presupuesto del área, incluyendo RoFo y BTL Accuracy.**Requisitos**:- Carrera profesional concluida.- Más de 3 años de experiência en áreas relacionadas.- Al menos 1 año de experiência en el área de ventas.- Experiência adicional en áreas como Revenue, Digital, MAE, Trade o D&T.- Pensamiento analítico desarrollado.- Habilidades en planeación y gestión de proyectos.- Capacidad para colaborar con múltiples equipos y níveles organizacionales.At HEINEKEN México our commitment is to respect people, society and the environment, we are against any discriminatory practice of religion, sex, political tendency, socioeconomic level or ethnic origin.
