We will give you a platform to be daring on a global scale.**Accountabilities**- ** C**oncept, deliver & development skills (templates, layout, design, colour, etc) to create and deliver presentations on time, to a high level of quality across different retail channels- Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for Digital Ads, presentations, etc.- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different POS materials/packaging design when needed- Previous experience with developing creative assets: banner ads, hero images, among others- Ability to build graphic and simple print designs and concepts when needed- Editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for Marketing internal use- Digital manipulation (including, product, color, layout, sizing..etc.)- Rapid prototyping (quick mockups)- HIGH aptitude to learn new things & sense of urgency to get things doneThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications (Secondary Language):**Education/requirements**- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)- +2 years of agency creative experience in art / graphic design- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; experience w/ CPG a plus- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must- Self-motivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
