JOB DESCRIPTION

Estamos en búsqueda de un profesional altamente calificado para ocupar el puesto de Delivery Leadr en

nuestra empresa, con experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos de Data y Sector Financiero. El candidato ideal será responsable de garantizar la entrega eficiente de nuestros servicios de desarrollo de aplicaciones, gestionar relaciones con distintos stakeholders del cliente: Usuarios finales, finanzas, Project Managers, Gerentes de Proyecto de TI, Directores de áreas de TI y PMO.

Por otro lado, deberá gestionar la salud financiera de los Servicios, cuidando el ingreso y margen de cada uno de los proyectos. Dar Seguimiento a la calidad y entrega de cada uno de los proyectos que gestionará. Tener experiencia y dar seguimiento al P&L de la contribución de los proyectos asignados.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Perfil :

Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Electrónicaafines. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y proactividad. Habilidades de venta consultiva.

Responsabilidades:

Supervisar la implementación y entrega de servicios de Células de Datos, asegurando la adhesión a los estándares y niveles de servicio de los clientes. Desarrollar y mantener procedimientos operativos para asegurar la eficacia en la prestación de servicios.

Relación con Clientes:

Establecer y cultivar relaciones sólidas con los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y asegurando la satisfacción continua. Manejar tratos y solicitudes de clientes, garantizando una comunicación clara y efectiva.

Informes Mensuales:

Presentar información de manera clara y accesible para la alta dirección. Escalamiento de Clientes: Gestionar escalamientos por parte de los clientes, garantizando una resolución eficaz y oportuna de problemas y preocupaciones. Coordinar con los equipos técnicos para asegurar que los problemas sean tratados de manera adecuada.

Requisitos :

Experiencia comprobada como Service Delivery Lead. Habilidades avanzadas de comunicación y negociación para tratar con clientes. Capacidad para producir informes mensuales detallados y presentar información de manera clara y concisa. Experiencia en gestión de escalamientos por parte de los clientes.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Educación Superior en Tecnologías de la Información o Carrera a fin. Conocimiento en proyectos de Datos (plataformas de BI). Deseable contar con la certificación de PMP (Project Manager Profesional) o CAMP (Certified Associate in Project Management) del PMI Experiencia mínima de 5 años en áreas financieras Se requiere experiencia como coordinador en un entorno empresarial; Buen conocimiento de las aplicaciones de Microsoft Office y Project. Grandes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita; Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo; Capacidad para trabajar eficientemente con una supervisión mínima.
