Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.Our client is looking for a Head of AI to own the strategy, implementation, and management of all AI systems across Vieira’s brands and clients. You’ll act as both a builder and a strategist, constantly identifying, testing, and refining AI-powered solutions that drive acquisition, retention, operations, and offer performance.This isn’t a pure technical role. You need to understand how DTC businesses grow, move fast with imperfect input (like a tweet or a YouTube tutorial), and bring high-leverage ideas to life.**Responsibilities**:- Take raw input (voice notes, tweets, threads, Looms) and translate into functioning automations and workflows.- Troubleshoot errors in automations or AI agents.- Set up and manage context profiles and embeddings for brand training.- Optimize automations over time based on business feedback loops.- Document systems for reuse and scale.- Empower team members and clients with SOPs, tutorials, and prompt templates.- Share new tools, frameworks, and growth hacks regularly with founders and marketing teams.**Requirements**:- Experience building AI-driven automations, agents, or tools (no need to be an ML engineer, but you must know how to prompt, build, and ship).- Strong intuition for growth, retention, customer experience, and performance marketing.- Self-starter with relentless curiosity, experimentation, and bias toward action.- Bonus: Prior work at or with DTC brands or agencies. Experience with prompt engineering, Make/Zapier/Airtable, or building with GPT-4, Claude, or open-source LLMs.**Benefits**:- Work from Anywhere- Competitive Salary in USD
