This person must conduct, either personally or through a team, audits over company operations which includes reporting findings to Management with recommendations for improvement.**Responsibilities**:- Performs risk-based audits (e.g., operational, financial, and compliance) and advisory projects including the development of associated audit observations- In collaboration with the IA Operational Audit Manager, prepares and finalizes audit reports- Perform remediation of outstanding audit observations- Engages (e.g., conducts meetings and walkthroughs) with various multi-cultural functional personnel to ensure that Company operations are adequately monitored and efficiently conducted- Works collaboratively with co-sourced Internal Audit team personnel as necessary (e.g., reviews workpapers and associated deliverables)- Performs special projects (e.g., IT assistance and Investigations) as assigned- Assists with company annual risk assessment process- Assist SOX team with SOX Controls testing when necessary**Education**- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields**Experience/Abilities**- 4+ years of experience preferred- A strong team player with highly effective interpersonal skills, strong team building, collaboration and influencing skills required to achieve desired outcomes.- Strong capability in Excel and ERP reporting systems (SAP, etc.) preferred- Familiarity with Internal Audit or prior public accounting experience is preferred- Data analytical skills to analyze / evaluate data and make recommendations- Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment- Fluency in English and Spanish (additional language skills are desirable)- Availability to travel approximately 10% of the time and to work inconsistent hours (remote audits) when auditing operations in various Company locations**What we offer**:An exciting, diverse and value based working environment.Home Office PolicyAward-winning corporate university offering personal development and training opportunities.Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus plan.Contribute to the communities where we reside.Innovative benefits plan**Be You.
